OUR STORY
Idle Hands founders Rummy & Macca have been in the booze game a long time.
Between them, these two have done it all - shaking tins at Perth’s best bars, distilling for one of Australia’s first iconic craft gin brands, training young bartenders on behalf of a global spirits giant and throwing some damn fine parties along the way.
Back in 2020 a client threw them a spicy little conundrum - ‘Can you teach 20 untrained bartenders to serve delicious cocktails to 2000 people in under two weeks?’.
Of course the answer to that question is “absolutely f#@£ing not”... but the idea for Idle Hands Drinks Co. was born!
Since then, Idle Hands have been providing big festivals, busy pubs and clubs with bartender-quality cocktails on tap. Countless hours of research, tinkering and innovation went into creating Idle Hands ‘Disco Drinks on Draught’.

Here at Idle Hands it’s ALWAYS flavour-first.
Look, we'll let you in on a secret - it’s easy to put a boozy craft cocktail in a bottle. Classics like Negronis and Old Fashioneds are made from non-perishable products and taste great after a few months on a shelf. But it’s a lot harder to capture the magic of that zesty margarita made with fresh lime juice that the bartender just whipped up in front of you.
We use cold-pressed juice that is made from premium local produce and NEVER heat-treated, preserving all the brightness and fresh aromatics of a bartender-made cocktail.
Pair that with only the highest quality spirits and ingredients you’d expect to find in a fancy bar and you’ve got yourself a ridiculously delicious drink that can be smashed anytime, anywhere.
And now they’re in bottles too so that you (the discerning drinker with immaculate taste) can enjoy bartender-quality, ready-to-serve cocktails anywhere, anytime.
